SOFT AND SUPER DELICIOUS ALMOND FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These cookies are a MUST try! My kids love them and many of my instagram viewers have shared that their kids are loving them as well! That is amazing since the ingredients are so clean, you will actually feel OK baking them for your kids! Let’s not forget all the benefits almond flour has!

The list of ingredients

  • almond flour blanched
  • 2 eggs
  • coconut brown sugar or replace with honey
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted or butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Prep Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies?

  • Preheat oven to 350°F 
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl add the coconut oil, honey, coconut brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and whisk together.  Clean the whisk off with a spatula then add in the almond flour, baking powder and mix all together using a spatula until well combined. 
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until well combined. 
  • Using a spoon, scoop out dough and place a large spoonful on parchment paper.  The dough may be a tad sticky, you can use your fingers to slide the dough down onto the baking sheet. 
  • Bake between 13-15 minutes or until done.  Dough will be soft. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes.

Steps

Scoop out about 2 inch size of cookie dough
place on greased baking sheet

    Literally obsessed with this recipe! My fav dessert is chocolate chip cookies. When I tried this recipe, I fell in love with it!     This recipe has become a staple in my house hold. It is pretty much the only cookie I bake by my children’s request. They absolutely love this recipe and say it is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever baked.

    It has been great even for breakfast sometimes since it is so clean.

    I also started adding a dash of salt to it and it enhances all the flavors. I rarely go one week without making these. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate your work and recipes.

      I would stick to almond flour for this specific recipe! The wheat flour will require different measurements that will need some playing around with 🙂

    I tried these today hoping to conquer my sweet tooth while trying to eat a little healthier. Omg! They are way better than I expected. Absolutely delicious.
    I added a dash of sea salt because I love to taste a little salt in my cookies. It enhanced the cookie even more. This is definitely a recipe that I will be using over and over. ❤❤
