One of the many great things about chia seed pudding is that it can be made using your favorite choices of two of the main ingredients: milk and honey.

I love using almond milk as a healthy option and I enjoy the taste. You can use regular milk, skim milk, coconut milk, or any other milk you like best.

For sweetening the pudding up, I use honey. Honey is another healthy option with many benefits that is delicious as well. But, you can use any sweetener you like from maple syrup to liquid xylitol or any other sweetener you prefer.

Here’s the fun part! Toppings are great way to add flavor and differing textures to your pudding. Toppings are a great expression of cravings and character! From sprinkles of seasonings to fresh fruit, it’s all about what you like.

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
