How to pickle cucumbers in an easy, quick, and delicious way.
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 milliliters white vinegar
  • 200 milliliters water
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  • Slice the cucumbers around 2 mm thick.
  • Mix the sliced cucumbers with salt in a bowl. Let them set for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the water with the vinegar. Warm it just a little bit to dissolve the sugar in it. Let it cool.
  • Remove the salt, and drain the liquids from the cucumbers.
  • Place the cucumbers in a jar and cover them with the vinegar and water mix.
  • Cover and put the jar in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
