How to Roast Raw Almonds in Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • If you have shelled almonds, you have to remove the shells. Place them on a clean kitchen towel and gently press down to crack the shell. Remove the almonds and use them.
  • If you like to season almonds, place them in a bowl and add the seasoning that you like, You can sprinkle salt, cinnamon, paprika, or even cayenne pepper. Toss them until the almonds are well-coated.
