Simple Syrup (Ater)

An easy Simple Syrup (Ater) recipe that is aromatic and will become a dessert staple in your home! 

Ingredients

water

blossom water

sugar

lemon juice

ROSE WATER (optional)

In a small pot place the water, sugar, and blossom water.  Stir until sugar dissolves

STEP 1 

Bring mixture to a boil, then add lemon.   Bring heat to low, for about 10-15 minutes.

Drizzle syrup over your favorite desserts.

Things to keep in mind!

Ater will thicken once it comes to room temperature.

Store Ater in an air tight container, for at least 6 months.
