Easy Way to Thaw Puff Pastry (in 40 seconds)

It is a quick and easy way to thaw your puff pastry. All you need is a paper towel, a microwave, and less than 40 seconds.

Remove one sheet of the frozen puff pastry pack, then cover with a clean and dry paper towel that will completely cover the puff pastry.

Place the wrapped pastry sheet on a microwavable plate and set for 15 seconds.

Unfold the puff pastry, keeping the paper towel under it. Then, run the microwave for another 15 seconds.

Run the microwave for 5 seconds at a time if the dough is slightly frozen.  DO not over thaw or else the pastry will become too loose to work with.

Flip the ready pastry onto a clean and floured surface, remove the wrappers and paper towel.  It is ready to use!
