 tahini⁣⁣⁣⁣ water lemon juice salt cloves garlic

In a skillet,  add olive oil, then sauté the meat for 6 to 7 minutes. To the cooked meat add all the spices and remaining ingredients and mix.

First Layer

The first layer is a mix of your favorite greens, add a drizzle of olive oil, lots of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sumac, salt, and minced garlic. ⁣

Second layer:  baked fries, drizzled with olive oil or baking spray.  Bake at 450F for 45-50 min or until done. ⁣

⁣Third layer:   Beef Shawarma!
