Taco Mac & Cheese

Beef up Mexican night with this satisfying two favorites in one dish.  Mac and Cheese hits Taco in this ultimate recipe that will have everyone asking for seconds.

Cook the noodles, then sauté’ the ground meat with taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. 

Whisk butter and flour on medium heat until thickened in the same pot where you cooked the noodles.  Add milk and salt, then Whisk on high heat until the sauce is thick.

Add all the cheese, noodles, and the taco seasoned meat to the sauce and mix until melted and cheesy.

Mix well, then transfer to a baking dish.  You can make it cheesier by sprinkling some cheese to garnish! Enjoy!
