TikTok's Viral Green Goddess Salad

My special spin on the Viral Green Goddess Salad recipe introduces a meal packed with flavors, nutrients, and loads of green goodness!

INGREDIENTS

For the salad

Napa Cabbage  baby cucumbers chives green onions or scallions

Veggies

For the dressing

basil leaves spinach leaves avocado plain yogurt  garlic shallot lemon juice olive oil nuts of your choice  Nutritional Yeast or parmesan cheese salt rice vinegar

Finely chop cabbage of choice.  Then chop the cucumbers, green onions, and chives and place in a bowl.

To a blender add Basil, spinach, avocado, garlic, shallot, plain yogurt (optional), lemon, olive oil, walnuts, nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese, rice vinegar, and salt.

Blend for a few minutes until you have a creamy consistency. Get a taste and adjust salt to your liking.

Pour over the salad bowl and mix. 

Enjoy alone or with chips!
