Easy Bean Taco Pie

- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 large onion cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 1 15 oz can corn drained
- 1 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 16 oz chunky salsa
- 6-8 large flour tortillas
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat and onion, then add the 2 packets of taco seasoning. Add corn, pace sauce, the refried beans, and mix over medium heat for 2 minutes.
In a 9x13 baking dish begin layering. For the first layer, add 1½ cups of the taco bean mix, then layer 2 large burritos (they will over lap). Top with another layer of 2 burritos, then 1½ cups of your taco bean meat mix. Sprinkle some cheese, covering with 2 burritos, then top with the remaining meat.
Bake for 25 minutes. Take it out, cover with a generous amount of cheese, then bake for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings like sour cream, shredded lettuce, banana peppers, or black olives.
