Customize Your Dish to Your Taste!

When you want to enhance the tastes, there are many ingredients you can add. It is good to add pak choy, carrots, spring onions, or sesame seeds. You can also add mushrooms and corn. Some may add red or green pepper.
But, you should not add them all at once. It is better to add only 1 or 2 ingredients per dish. This way you will enjoy the original tastes.
When you want to decrease your salt intake, you can choose the "shiro" miso. If you like to enjoy a spicy soup, add some chilly sauce. It is great to share this meal with a dear one!
