Notes

When you want to make steak fajitas, you must be careful when choosing meat. Rump, skirt or flank steak could fit for fajitas. In this recipe, we recommend flank steak. It is a leaner cut and better cooked medium. Whatever meat you choose, make sure to slice the beef against the grain. It is preferable to slice them thin.
A good tip is to prepare the meat the night before. You can slice the onions and peppers. Add the meat and season them. Mix them all and leave them marinate during the night. This will enhance the flavors of the meat since it will soak more seasoning.
