Notes

Tips for Perfect Results!
  1. Avoid a mess by flipping or lifting your toasts easily using an egg flip or a slotted turner.
  2. It is best to use a day or two old Brioche loaf. A fresh loaf may fall apart or get really soggy in the wet batter but I would still use a fresh brioche if I had to.
  3. Avoid ending up with soggy toast, you should make sure your pan is hot before you start toasting the slices.
  4. Instead of jam, you can add strawberry jam to the batter instead of fresh strawberries.
