Blender Mango Soft Serve/Ice cream in 5 minutes

It is incredibly delicious! The blender mango soft serve needs only 3 ingredients and will be ready in 5 minutes. Heavenly!

Equipment

  • a blender I use Vitamix.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1-3 tablespoons hone maple syrup or sugar

Instructions

  • To a blender, add in the frozen mango, heavy whipping cream, and honey. 
  • Blend the ingredients.
  • Pause to scrape down and move ingredients around
  • Blend and repeat the process until you have smooth and creamy texture consistency.
  • Enjoy right away topped with your favorite fruit, Chia seeds, coconut flakes, and drizzled with more honey or maple syrup.

Notes

Note 1: The base ingredient for this soft serve is mango. So, buy high-quality mango. They should be ripe. If the mango is not very sweet, you might need to add more honey. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Note 2: Are you shopping for the coming week? you can choose some hard mangos. You can store them at room temperature until they are ripe.
Note 3: Attention! Never refrigerate unripe mangos; they will never ripe. After they do, you can refrigerate mango for up to days.
Note 4: If you want to speed up the ripening process, you can store mangos in a paper bag. Keep them at room temperature. They release ethane gas that makes mangos ripe faster.
Note 5: Mango chunks or cubes can be easily frozen. First, set parchment paper on a tray or a pan. You do not want them to stick to the pan. Spread the chunks, cubes, or slices of mango. Then, set the pan in the freezer. When they harden, you transfer them to a zip-top bag. Use frozen mango to make delicious mango soft serve.
