Make sure that the cream cheese is at room temperature.
Whisk the cream cheese with a hand mixer in a bowl.
Turn it off and add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Whisk on low speed for 30 seconds. Then, set the hand mixer on the high speed until smooth and whipped.
