A yummy super easy and super quick dish to put together with tuna, some veggies, and seasonings for a perfect salad everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 5oz cans Albacore Tuna in water, drained
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • cup corn drained
  • ¼ cup red onions cubed small
  • cup Avocado mayo
  • cup greek yogurt
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Everything But the Bagel seasoning optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients listed. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Enjoy just like that or topped on toast.
