Layered Hummus Veggie Dip Recipe

Hummus Veggie Dip has a layer of smooth creamy red pepper hummus and is topped with fresh shiny veggies. Dip the crackers and enjoy the flavors!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz roasted red pepper hummus or any hummus you like
  • ¼ cup red onion finely cubed
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes finely cubed
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 15 crackers
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First, spread hummus on a serving plate. You can use any hummus flavor you like or even plain hummus.
  • Then, top the hummus with cubed red onions, diced cherry tomatoes, and finely minced Italian parsley.
  • Finally, season your plate with salt and black pepper and then garnish it with a drizzle of olive oil.
