Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream or milk or both
  • cup honey add more for sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • *using the same measuring cup
In a small pot add the milk, honey, cacao, chocolate chips and eggs.  Stir using a whisk over high heat.  Once the milk warms up add the vanilla extract.
  • Once the milk starts to boil it will thicken and become creamy. Turn heat off.
  • Allow the milk to cool for about 10 minutes.  Pour into mold (if its not silicone lightly spray the molds with cooking oil spray to easily remove when frozen).
  • Freeze for 2-4 hours or until they set. Can last in the freezer for up to 3 months, individually wrapped.
