- ⅓ cup honey add more for sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*using the same measuring cup In a small pot add the milk, honey, cacao, chocolate chips and eggs. Stir using a whisk over high heat. Once the milk warms up add the vanilla extract. Once the milk starts to boil it will thicken and become creamy. Turn heat off.
Allow the milk to cool for about 10 minutes. Pour into mold (if its not silicone lightly spray the molds with cooking oil spray to easily remove when frozen).
Freeze for 2-4 hours or until they set. Can last in the freezer for up to 3 months, individually wrapped.
