  • Slice bananas into round bite-sized pieces or you can slice the banana length wise in half.
  • In a medium skillet over medium high heat melt the butter then add the honey or maple syrup then sprinkle half the amount of cinnamon.
  • Place the sliced bananas in the pan and cook the bananas for about 3 minutes on each side or longer for a crispier texture.
  • Enjoy warm, either alone or with whipped cream or ice cream!
