Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag coleslaw mix or 1 ½ cups shredded green cabbage, ¼ cup shredded carrots and ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp celery seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt, and the celery seed
  • Add 16 oz. bag of shredded cabbage, shredded purple cabbage and shredded carrots (Coleslaw mix) to the sauce.
  • Mix everything until well combined.

Tip 1: Cover your coleslaw with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours before eating. This soften the crunch of the cabbage.
Tip 2: If you want to save time and money, then aim at buying the pre-shredded coleslaw mix.
Tip 3: If you are craving an extra kick, then add a bit of Dijon mustard for some added flavor and spice.
