- 4 oranges peeled
- 1 lemon peeled
- 2 knobs raw turmeric root or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 knobs raw ginger root
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper powder
Wash the raw ginger and raw turmeric knobs.
Peel the oranges and lemon trying not to remove the white peel that is under the skin.
To a juicer, add the peeled oranges, peeled lemon, raw ginger knob, and the raw turmeric now.
Once the juice has been extracted, add ⅛ teaspoon of ground black pepper (best to use organic) and mix.
Store in the refrigerator in sealed in sir tight container.
Take 1-2 shots per day.
-You can replace the raw turmeric root with powdered turmeric.
-You can add honey to your juice mix. (optional)
-If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender. Add to the ingredients to the blender and pulse until well blended. You can add a little water to help ease blending.
