- Plastic wrap
- A glass bowl
Instructions
- Remove the stalks from the base of the celery.
- Eliminate the leaves from the celery stalks.
- Fill a glass bowl with fresh water.
- Submerge the celery sticks in fresh water. Pay attention to leave one inch of space between the top of the bowl and the celery.
- Seal the lid of the bowl or close it with plastic wrap.
- Place the celery bowl in the refrigerator.
