Notes

Tips for Foolproof Results!
  1. Store your carrots away from fruits and vegetables that produce ethylene gas such as apples, bananas, and pears.
  2. Keep your carrots away from heat and light. This way, they will develop a higher concentration of vitamins.
  3. Use a tall pitcher to store your carrots if you are looking to save space in your refrigerator.
  4. You can also use a plastic bag to store carrots. However, make sure you poke holes in the bag, or leave it slightly open.
  5. Don't overcrowd your carrots in an airtight plastic bag. They need space for air circulation or they will spoil faster.
