- Place the unpeeled carrots in a glass container filled with water. Allow the carrots to completely cover the carrots.
- Close the lid, and place the container in the refrigerator. Change the water every 4-5 days.

- You can also use a plastic bag to store carrots. However, make sure you poke holes in the bag, or leave it slightly open.
- Don't overcrowd your carrots in an airtight plastic bag. They need space for air circulation or they will spoil faster.
