In a food processor, first add the garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice and salt, blend until smooth. Next add, yogurt and the tahini.
Spread the hummus in desired plate and garnish with parsley, cayenne pepper and olive oil, serve with pita bread, crackers or vegetables.
Hummus (Dairy Free - without yogurt)
3 cups drained chickpeas1 cup Tahini paste2 large lemon juice2 garlic cloves1 cup ice cubes1 ½ teaspoons salt¼ cup olive oilBlend all the ingredients in a food processor for 3-5 minutes stopping stopping machine to scrape down the edges a few times.
