- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp. ketchup
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish or sauerkraut
- 1½ tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. You can use sweet pickle relish or sauerkraut, both equally delicious.
Use as spread with hamburgers burgers and chicken burgers, or as a dip for fries or chicken tenders. Enjoy right away it chilled.
Tips For a Perfect Big Mac Sauce!

This sauce is best used when chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a few hours, or better yet overnight, and allow all the ingredients to meld together.
- You can use this sauce to marinate your chicken breasts and thighs. Simply marinate the chicken for a few hours, then bake or grill your protein.
- Although some recipes call for French Dressing, I don't necessarily add but if you really want to you can definitely add it! It can enhances the overall taste although I love the sauce just the way it is!
