  • ½ English cucumber
  • 1 head celery about 6 stalks
  • 1 small lemon peeled
  • 1 inch knob of fresh ginger no need to peel


  • If your juicer has difference speeds, run the it on low speed to juice the ginger, lemon and cucumber. Then turn on high to juice the celery.
  • Pour into a cup filled with ice cubes. Enjoy fresh or store in an airtight glass jar or bottle to drink later.



Tips for Satisfactory Results!
  1. If the celery flavor turns out to be too intense, you might want to add a splash or cold water or a couple of ice cubes.
  2. You might want to avoid juicing the celery leaves, since some people complain of a bitter aftertaste.
  3. In case your juice was too bitter, try evening the taste out with extra lemon juice and ginger.
