Oat Milk Pumpkin Spice Latte (Dairy-Free)

Give the season of all seasons a warm welcome with this Dairy-free Oat Milk Pumpkin Spice Latte! It is about time you up your coffee game!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) Nespresso coffee pod coffee of choice
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • ½ teaspoon sugar of choice
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Toppings

  • Dairy whipped cream
  • coconut milk
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • In your favorite cup, brew the coffee. I made Nespresso.
  • Meanwhile, froth 1/4 cup of oat milk with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (add more for more sweetness) and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice.
  • Pour the frothed oat milk into the warm coffee cup. Give it a little mix so the spices mix in with the coffee well.
  • Top with coconut whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon by adding a bit of cinnamon into a small strainer. Hold it over the whipped cream, tap the strainer so that it sprinkles over the whipped cream.

Notes

Tips for Best Results!
  1. Make this recipe kid-friendly by eliminating the coffee all together.
  2. If you are short on pumpkin spice, gingerbread spice makes a good substitute. However, I don't think your drink will be very pumpkin-y anymore.
  3. Consider enhancing the warming natural flavors by adding other spices like nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. For best results, add a pinch of vanilla extract.
