zaatar spreadequal parts zaatar spice and olive oil mixed
3 tablespoons scrambled eggs
3 tablespoonsmashed avocados
Cut the tortilla from the center of it outward to the edge.
Add your favorite fillings or spreads. On the first quarter you can add the mashed avocado, the second quarter add the zaatar spread which is zaatar spice mixed with olive oil, the 3rd quarter add the feta cheese, then the last quarter add the scrambled eggs.
Fold by starting on one of the slit/cut sides and fold over. Put into a panini press, toaster oven, or a preheated skillet until crisp. Enjoy!
