Satisfying Fruit Salad

A couple of delicious variations of "Nature's Cereal" made with delicious tropical fruit with fresh orange and lemon juice. Flavored with blossom water and topped with ricotta cheese and a drizzle of honey!

Ingredients

Fruit Salad Bowl Version 1

  • cups Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • Guava
  • Pineapple
  • Yellow Dragon Fruit
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas

Fruit Salad Bowl Version 2

  • cups Coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • Mango
  • Plum
  • Clementine
  • Blueberries
  • Black berries
  • Papaya
  • Bananas
  • Watermelon

Instructions

  • Mix wet ingredients and add to a large bowl.
  • Cut up the desired amount of fruit into preferred size and add to bowl.
  • Mix carefully as to not mush the fruit. Enjoy!
