Chia Pudding Recipe
Chia seed is a healthy and nutritious snack that is filling and so delicious it can be considered dessert without the guilt. It is versatile and can be enjoyed dairy free.

milk of choice (almond milk)
unsweetened

maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice

pure vanilla extract

chia seeds
nuts, berries, fruit, or coconut flakes for topping

Instructions
Add ingredients in that order. Stir with a fork. Wait one minute and stir again to prevent clumps.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
