Chia Pudding Recipe

Chia seed is a healthy and nutritious snack that is filling and so delicious it can be considered dessert without the guilt. It is versatile and can be enjoyed dairy free.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of choice (almond milk) unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • nuts, berries, fruit, or coconut flakes for topping optional

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in that order. Stir with a fork. Wait one minute and stir again to prevent clumps.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
