Skillet-Sautéed Potatoes and Onions

Browned potatoes and onions that are easy to make and can be served in many different ways!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes cubed largely
  • 2 medium onions julienne
  • 2 large peppers julienne
  • 2 large tomatoes cubed
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet on medium-high heat, add olive oil and the cubed potatoes. Cover and gently stir until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
  • Add in the onions and green peppers and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add in the cubed tomatoes, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Mix, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
