Tuna Egg Salad Recipe

A light tuna salad with eggs to make for a hearty meal that's guilt-free.

  • 1 can Albacore tune in water drained
  • 2 medium eggs boiled
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • ½ cup purple cabbage chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • Romain lettuce leaves


  • To a bowl, add the drained Albacore tuna, or any tuna you enjoy eating. 
  • Dice the boiled eggs using a slicer or a pairing knife.
  • Add in the diced boiled eggs, celery, cabbage, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix well and enjoy adding the tuna egg salad into boats by adding to the Romain lettuce leaves or chop the lettuce and top with the tuna egg mix.
