Ingredients

Albacore tune in water
drained

medium
eggs
boiled
4
stalks
celery
diced
½
cup
purple cabbage
chopped

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
vinegar
½
lemon
juiced
½
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt
to taste
a pinch of
black pepper
Romain lettuce leaves
Instructions
To a bowl, add the drained Albacore tuna, or any tuna you enjoy eating.
Dice the boiled eggs using a slicer or a pairing knife.
Add in the diced boiled eggs, celery, cabbage, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well and enjoy adding the tuna egg salad into boats by adding to the Romain lettuce leaves or chop the lettuce and top with the tuna egg mix.
