5 ingredient Dairy Free Pancakes

An easy to make and so enjoyable they taste like dessert! Fresh oatmeal pancake recipe that's guilt-free and delicious.

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking power
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract


  • Place all ingredients in a blender.  Meanwhile heat a large skillet on high heat for about four minutes, then lower to low heat.  Use a ladle to spoon some batter onto the pan.  Flip after a few minutes then place on a lined plate with paper towel. 
  • Once cooled enjoy with honey, fruit and take it up a notch by adding your favorite whipping cream. You can keep it dairy free by adding coconut whipping cream! ⁣
