Wine-Free Hassle-Free Shrimp Scampi

A non-alcoholic shrimp scampi that is bursting with flavors and satisfying to the soul!

  • ¼ cup olive oil   
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounces baby bell mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion cubed
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled
  • ½ package angel hair pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook the angel hair according to instructions then drain.
  • Place the olive oil in the skillet on high heat. After one minute add in the cubed onions, sauté for a few minutes, then add the fresh mushrooms for another minute or two.
  • Add in the shrimp, butter, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook for 4 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  • Finally, add in the drained pasta, toss together until all the ingredients are incorporated. Turn off heat then drizzle the shrimp scampi with a little olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
