Easy Three Ingredient Caramel Sauce
A simple homemade sweet caramel sauce for your sweet cravings!
Servings: 5 servings
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ stick butter unsalted
To a sauce pan add the sugar and water and bring to a boil until the sugar has turned golden brown.
Remove from heat then add in 1 cup heavy cream and 4-5 tablespoons unsalted butter.
Boil on medium heat stirring consistently for about 4 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and mix.
Allow the caramel to cool before indulging
