Cut your apples in half, core the center then cut apples into thin wedges (not too thin). Place them on your plate or tray.
Mix the peanut butter and honey. You can microwave it for about 10 seconds (optional) then drizzle all over the apples.
Mix the chocolate chips with coconut oil or heavy cream. Microwave for 45 seconds, mixing every 15 seconds. Drizzle all over the apples.
Garnish with granola, sweetened coconut flakes and whipped cream (optional). Enjoy!
