Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

A wholesome banana bread recipe with a sweet and healthy twist.  This will have your whole family reaching out for seconds, or even bread crumbs!

Preheat your oven and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.  And in another bowl, mash the ripe bananas, then add the melted coconut oil (or butter), sugar, eggs, milk, and cinnamon, and mix until fluffy.

Slowly add in the dry mixture, and mix until well incorporated.  Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined.  Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, and Bake for about 70 minutes or until done.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.  Slice and enjoy!
