- 1 whole head cauliflower
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley

- ⅓ cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and all of the spices.
Remove the green leaves from the root of the cauliflower.
Slice the washed cauliflower vertically to make 1 inch slices.
Place the slices on a prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top of the cauliflower steaks with the seasoned olive oil.
Bake at 400 °F for about 20-25 minutes.
