- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chives finely chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan topping
- fresh rosemary for garnish
- crackers of your choice
Slightly chop a cup of Cranberry and Pecan topping and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together an 8 ounce tub of whipped cream cheese, parmesan, and dried rosemary. Place in the center of a largely cut saran wrap, close in the saran wrap and gently twist the saran wrap to form a smooth ball shape.
Open the saran wrap. Then, place a small amount of cooking oil spray on your hands and rub them to remove the ball. Pour the chopped cup of Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan topping on a flat surface and add 2 teaspoons of finely chopped chives or green onions.
Begin to roll the ball in the mix while assisting in adding the toppings to fill in any gaps. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 3 days in an air tight container. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with your favorite crackers.
