Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chives finely chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan topping
  • fresh rosemary for garnish
  • crackers of your choice

Instructions

  • Slightly chop a cup of Cranberry and Pecan topping and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together an 8 ounce tub of whipped cream cheese, parmesan, and dried rosemary. Place in the center of a largely cut saran wrap, close in the saran wrap and gently twist the saran wrap to form a smooth ball shape.
  • Open the saran wrap. Then, place a small amount of cooking oil spray on your hands and rub them to remove the ball.  Pour the chopped cup of Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan topping on a flat surface and add 2 teaspoons of finely chopped chives or green onions.
  • Begin to roll the ball in the mix while assisting in adding the toppings to fill in any gaps.  Serve immediately or refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 3 days in an air tight container.  Garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with your favorite crackers.
