Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • ¾–1 cup Unsweetened almond milk adjust for pudding-like texture

Optional

  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1–2 tablespoons Cocoa powder for a chocolate version

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add the banana, dates, and ¾ cup almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If needed, add up to ¼ cup more almond milk until it’s thick yet spoonable like pudding.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe avocados: Make sure the avocados are perfectly ripe for a creamy, rich base.
Soften the dates: The dates should be soft. If the dates are firm or dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes before blending for a smoother blend.
Adjust the texture: Start with ¾ cup almond milk, then add more as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Chill for the best results: Let the pudding sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for a thicker, pudding-like texture.
Check sweetness first: Depending on the dates or banana, you might not need extra sweetener. So, taste before adding honey or maple syrup.
