- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together the coconut oil, honey, cacao powder, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in the already cooked quinoa using a cookie scooper to scoop content onto a lined baking sheet.
Gently press the tops to flatten them out using your fingers.
Pop them in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until harden.
Transfer to a bag or a container and store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
