Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk together the coconut oil, honey, cacao powder, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Fold in the already cooked quinoa using a cookie scooper to scoop content onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Gently press the tops to flatten them out using your fingers.
  • Pop them in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until harden.
  • Transfer to a bag or a container and store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
  • Serve and share with your dear ones!
