Frequently Asked Questions

Can quinoa be left out over night?

Packed and uncooked quinoa can be left out at room temperature. Cooked quinoa ruins if left more than 2 hours. Keep them in a container in the freezer.

Can chocolate be used instead of the cacao?

You can use the regular chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or sugar-free chocolate. But you have to melt it first. You can put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Then, take it out, stir it, and put it back. Repeat the same procedure for 1-2 minutes or till the chocolate totally melts. After that, you add the melted chocolate to the ingredients and form the quinoa cookies.

Can this recipe be suitable for vegans?

Sure! Replace honey with maple syrup or sweet molasses. But, it might slightly affect the taste.
