- 3 15 oz canned potato balls
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
In a small bowl, mix together your dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
Drain the potato balls from the can and rinse with water. Keep in the strainer for a few minutes, then transfer to a large bowl.
Drizzle 1/4 cup of oil all over the potato balls, then begin to gradually sprinkle the mixed spices over the potatoes. Gently toss the potatoes, add more spices, and repeat tossing until everything is well coated.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
