- ½ cup Nutella or any other hazelnut spread
- 1½ cups Milk of your choice
In a medium bowl, add the Nutella spread then pour ½ a cup of milk.
Mix these 2 ingredients well until they become a silky smooth mixture.
Add the rest of the milk. Make sure to whisk them very well!
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
Let them freeze overnight or at least 5 hours.
-
If you want to switch things up a little bit, then you can use lotus Biscoff spread, peanut butter, or any other spread instead of Nutella. You can even add chunks of strawberry, avocado, and other fruits, for a healthier twist!
-
Once you make sure that the popsicles are completely frozen, you can either choose to drizzle or dip them in rich chocolate sauce, for a more dense chocolaty flavor.
-
If you do not have popsicle molds, do not sweat it! You can pour the chocolaty mixture in a paper or plastic cups, empty yogurt containers, or even cupcake trays. And, for the lollipop sticks you can just cover the containers with foil and place the stick in the center of the container. That way you will prevent the sticks from moving and jiggling.
-
If you find trouble keeping the stick upright, try freezing the mixture for an hour, before taking it out again from the freezer and pushing the lollipop sticks. I guarantee they will not nudge.
-
After taking the Nutella popsicles out of the freezer, wait for a few seconds before getting them out of the molds. If you are not patient enough, try running the ice pop mold under water.
