Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 bananas ripe mashed
  • ¼ cup raisins

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, and raisins.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Drop spoonful of the dough onto a microwave-safe plate.
  • Microwave the cookies on high for about 2-3 minutes or until they are firm and cooked through.
  • Allow the cookies to cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for easier mashing. They also provide extra sweetness for these cookies.  You should also make sure to mash up these bananas so well and prevent lumps in your cookie dough.
  • Make sure to make these cookies the same size and distribute them on a plate in a microwave. For optimal baking, opt for small sized cookies to avoid overcrowding in the microwave which would result in undercooking for some cookies.
