Equipment

  • High Speed Blender You can squeeze the oranges and lemon if you prefer not to use a blender

Ingredients

  • 4 Oranges peelee
  • 2 lemons peeled
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup ice optional
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt or celtic salt or table salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the citrus: Peel the oranges and lemons.
  • Blend: Add the oranges, lemons, water, raw honey, ice and salt to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Strain (optional): If you prefer a smoother drink, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
  • Taste and adjust: Taste your drink and adjust the sweetness or salt to your preference. Add more honey for sweetness or a pinch more salt for extra electrolytes.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses filled with ice and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake or stir before drinking if it separates.
