- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 4 teaspoons ginger minced
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger and cook for about 1 minute or until it becomes slightly brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well until it’s combined.
It needs 10 minutes of cooking time or until the sauce is reduced by half. It will be a bit watery, but it will thicken as it cools down.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes to thicken into the consistency of thick honey and of caramel color.
Pour it over your favorite dish, cauliflower rice or brown rice, and decorate with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds. Enjoy the most delicious sticky glaze!
