Top Tips

Remember that glazes always thicken more after they rest on your counter to cool. After resting for about 5 minutes, it turns into a thick, sweet, and tangy sauce.

Also, if you continue to cook down the soy glaze until it becomes very thick, your sauce will harden too much after it cools down. To soften the sauce, you can always add a little warm water to thin out the sweet soy glaze.

  1. Why do you not list quantities? If I could cook, I wouldn’t be on this site!!! It looks better than all the other recipes I’ve looked up but I could use a bit of help.

    1. Hi Sparky! I absolutely do at the bottom once the blog writing ends. The quantities are in the recipe card. I also have an easy feature at the t beginning of the blog where you can click on “jump to recipe” and it will take you to the recipe card. Sorry you had a hard time. I hope this helps!
