2-Ingredient Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats

This recipe is so easy to make, it require only 2 ingredients that you might have at home right now!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 3 cups almond milk, or milk of choice or water
  • 2 tablespoons blossom water (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon,optional

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of steel cut oats and 3 cups of almond milk or milk of choice or water to your pressure cooker pot.
  • Please the lead on to the park and turn it until the lid is locked.
  • Turn on manual mode on cook for 10 minutes.  Once the cooking is finished the pressure cooker will beep. You can either allow it to self release or you can move the valve to release. Please follow the manualinstructions for your pressure cooker. ( note that you can prepare this overnight)
  • Once the pressure is released your instant pot steel cut oats are ready! 
  • Place in a serving dish, then top with your favorite sweetener like honey or maple syrup andtoppings like bananas, berries and coconut flakes.

Notes

  • You can prepare instant pot, steel, and cut oats overnight so that you have breakfast ready in the morning. 
  • Simply follow the instructions above and by the time you are up in the morning, the pressure would have been released, and breakfast is ready to go!
