Almond Flour Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Almond butter
  • ½ cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 3 teaspoons Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.⁣⁣⁣
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.⁣⁣⁣
  • Whisk in the eggs, almond butter, and coconut sugar.⁣⁣⁣
  • Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt to the wet ingredients and whisk until it’s combined.⁣⁣⁣
  • Fold in the chocolate chips. Save some for the top.
  • Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Fold and tuck the parchment paper around the edges.⁣⁣⁣ Pour the batter into the lined bread pan.
  • Drizzle some additional almond butter on top (optional). Use a toothpick or bamboo stick and create swirls.
  • Top the banana chocolate bread with chocolate chips.⁣⁣⁣
  • Bake the double chocolate banana bread for 40 minutes. Allow it to cool before serving. Serve and enjoy.
